At KouMarket, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted U.S. carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping method is selected based on availability, location, and efficiency.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the carrier’s tracking system.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KouMarket is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier

Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you experience an issue:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • We will assist when possible, but final resolution is handled by the carrier

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is entered:
    • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • If the package is returned to us:
    • Customer must pay reshipping fees

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy


9. Domestic Shipping Only 

Currently, we ship within the United States only
