At KouMarket, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are handled in accordance with common U.S. e-commerce standards.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (food/snack items), all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was shipped

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement shipment (no cost)
  • Full or partial refund

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.


4. Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


5. Order Issues & Lost Packages

KouMarket is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • We recommend checking:
    • Around your property
    • With neighbors
    • Your local post office

We will assist where possible, but final responsibility lies with the carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us:
    • Customer must pay reshipping fees
  • If the package is delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer:
    • We are not responsible for replacement or refund

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase.

After that, orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or canceled.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Denial of future purchases
  • Additional documentation provided to the payment processor
